Hi, I'm Carolyn Bell Scharf, a Realtor with 9 years of experience in the real estate industry. I obtained my California Real Estate Certificate and Florida Real Estate Certificate, allowing me to serve clients in both states. My areas of expertise span across residential, agriculture, mobile homes, and rentals.
Growing up in Tuxedo Park, New York, I was fortunate to witness my mother's success as a top-selling real estate agent in the area. After attending boarding school at Miss Hall in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, I pursued a career as a Travel Agent for 10 years while being a dedicated single mother in San Diego, California. In 2014, I decided to transition into real estate and became a licensed agent in San Diego. Recently, I moved to Florida to take care of my father and have since become a Realtor here as well.
Having been raised on the values of hard work, honesty, and helping others, becoming a Realtor was a natural fit for me. I derive immense joy from assisting individuals and families in achieving their dreams of owning a home that fits their lifestyle. In addition to my real estate career, I have been actively involved in various non-profit organizations such as The San Diego Arts Foundation, San Diego Children's Coalition, NCFM, and MDA, demonstrating my commitment to giving back to the community.
