Hi there! My name is Catherine M Madani, and I am a Broker and Realtor with 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. I am proud to have earned my Broker certification along the way. My areas of expertise include new construction, vacation homes, and properties with water views and waterfront access. I have always had a deep connection with Cape Cod. Having grown up in Boston, I first moved to Falmouth in 1976, and since then, I have witnessed the many changes this beautiful area has undergone. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to call Cape Cod my home. Outside of my professional life, I have been happily married for 45 years and am blessed with two wonderful children and the joy of being a grandmother to an amazing grandson. In all aspects of my life, particularly in my real estate career, honesty is paramount to me. I firmly believe that honesty, integrity, and hard work are the cornerstones of building strong relationships. I am an active member of the pickleball community on Cape Cod, which allows me to engage with others who share the same passion. Additionally, I am an accomplished Persian chef, bringing the flavors and traditions of my heritage into my everyday life. Above all, my life mantra is "Attitude of Gratitude."
