Jane Elsner has Joined the Rose Homes Team at our Fairhaven, MA Office.
Jane brings more than 35 years of expertise in construction project management, real
estate, and investment. In parallel with her construction career, Jane has been an active
investor and manager of residential and commercial real estate properties. In 2019, she
transitioned to rejuvenating neighborhoods, relishing the challenge of renovating and
transforming properties. In 2025, she completed the New England Real Estate Academy and
earned her Real Estate Salesperson license, joining Rose Homes/LAER Realty Partners.
Now based in Bridgewater, MA, Jane is known for her integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic. When she's not working or volunteering, Jane treasures time with her family, especially her grandchildren and extended family. Jane values fitness, laughter, and meaningful connections, bringing a positive, authentic energy to everything she does.
