Jane Lane is a career real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the sale and marketing of luxury development communities. Jane has worked both in New England and South Carolina, to expertly negotiate and supervise the successful sale of multi-unit development projects. Most recently, Jane orchestrated the sale of 22 townhomes in the Wenham Pines development at Wenham Country Club. Prior to Wenham Pines, Jane was the Sales Director at Windsor Estates in Lynnfield, where she headed the sale of 44 luxury townhomes. Other projects that she’s worked on include The Clarendon in Boston - a 33-story high-end condominium building in Back Bay, Salem Place, The Village at Bedford Woods, The Residences at Robbins Brook, and Cronin Brook Heights. A proactive leader and team builder, Jane’s strength is in her follow-through and in maintaining strong client and colleague relationships in the ever-changing real estate market. She has built a reputation as a formidable force in residential real estate.
