Jim Pittman has Joined Our Westford, MA Office.

My name is James and I am your new realtor. I hold a Massachusetts and New Hampshire real estate license, allowing me to serve clients in both states.

Throughout my career, I have developed an extensive range of expertise in various areas. One of my unique skills is aerial photography, using helicopters to capture stunning images of golf courses, seacoast areas, cities, stadiums, and event areas such as tower observation decks. Additionally, my background in construction has provided me with a general knowledge of how a home is constructed, enabling me to offer valuable insights during the buying or selling process. I also have experience in utilities inspection, ensuring that clients know of any potential issues related to the property's utilities.

I have always had a deep passion for real estate, which is evident in my investment in real estate purchases. Apart from my professional life, I take pride in being an honest, hardworking father to my two beautiful daughters. Building meaningful relationships is important to me, and I value the opportunity to be considered an asset in the lives of those I work with.

Community involvement is a cornerstone of my values. For over ten years, I have studied photography and became involved in aerial photography, capturing captivating images of golf courses, and donating them to charities associated with the clubs. I have also dedicated my time to coaching youth sports and helping kids get involved in boxing gyms. Giving back to the community is essential, which is why I consistently make donations to organizations like the Marigold Foundation, which supports families in post-disaster situations.

In my free time, I embrace all New England offers. Whether hiking, skiing, flying, riding mountain coasters, or enjoying the distinct food, I cherish the unique experiences offered by the region's four seasons.
