Mike Hatem has joined our Franklin, MA Office
Mike was born and raised just north of Boston and has been investing in Real Estate for over fourty years in Mass and N.H. He currently lives in Franklin and spends his free time with his wife and family on Cape Cod as well as N.H. lakes region. He is passionate about new construction, income property and vacation homes ever since he bought his first property in 1980.
Mike has been an active volunteer in Habitat for Humanity for over 20 years and enjoys the way it combines his construction skills with his passion for real estate. He enjoys seeing how appreciative the families are and getting to know them as they work on the house with the volunteers as well as how it helps folks who need a boost in getting into a first time home purchase.
He is passionate about new construction, income property and vacation homes ever since he bought his first property in 1980.
