She is fluent in Nepali, English, and Hindi, with conversational Spanish skills, and enjoys working with people from many different backgrounds and cultures. Before real estate, Usha worked in visual merchandising at Macy’s, where she developed strong customer service and communication skills that continue to help her clients today. Outside of work, Usha enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and being involved in her community. Helping first-time buyers and sellers feel at home every step of the way.
