Judy Colarusso’s journey into real estate began with a personal quest to find her first home, a process that ignited her passion for the industry. Trading her admin role for a real estate career, Judy has been a licensed agent since 2005, focusing her expertise on the vibrant communities of Massachusetts' North Shore. From Billerica to Newburyport, Judy brings her wealth of local knowledge and designated skills as a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) to guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process. Judy's unique ability to "read the room" allows her to quickly discern what matters most to her clients, building strong relationships grounded in trust and understanding. Her client-focused approach ensures that their goals are prioritized and pursued with dedication and integrity. In addition to her CBR designation, Judy is also a Notary, which complements her comprehensive services. Residing in the North Shore since 1979, Judy combines her love for the area with her interests in community activities, particularly those centered around her grandchildren's pursuits. Outside of real estate, she enjoys knitting, Mahjong, and cheering on local sports teams. Deeply committed to charitable causes, Judy actively participates in fundraising for ALS and Glioblastoma, adding a personal touch and compassion to her professional endeavors.
