I'm Zhao Wang, and I'm excited to be joining as part of Bernadette's ENER-G team! I'm a Massachusetts-based real estate agent and licensed construction supervisor (CSL) with a background in technology and data systems. I specialize in multifamily properties and bring a disciplined, analytical approach to helping clients acquire, renovate, and operate investment properties. I also own and manage 27 rental units myself — so I understand the investor mindset from the inside. I'm passionate about long-term value creation and improving housing quality in local communities, and I'm already active with a multifamily listing in Framingham.
