Charlie Zappala’s journey into real estate began with a spark of inspiration from heartfelt conversations with friends. While five of them embarked on the path to become real estate agents, Charlie was the only one who successfully completed the course and embraced this career, never looking back. With over 40 years of experience, Charlie has become a trusted name in the industry, dedicated to serving a diverse range of clients and helping them navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes. Known for an educational approach, Charlie excels at informing buyers and sellers about current market conditions and guiding them through each step of the process. As a former President of the Greater Lawrence Board of Realtors in 1993 and a State and National Director, Charlie's leadership and expertise are well-recognized. As a past President and member of the Methuen Exchange Club, he has participated in numerous food drives for Lazarus House and the Merrimack Valley Food Bank over the past six years.
